About Llano County Court Docket

Llano County dockets are divided among the County Clerk, District Clerk, four justice courts, and three municipal courts. Texas also provides a statewide search layer. This private reference resource organizes those separate paths so readers can identify the right court, public portal, address, or phone line before requesting a case record.

Why We Built This Site

Public access in Texas does not create one Llano County records office. Cecilia McClintock, the County Clerk, keeps constitutional county-court civil, probate, and misdemeanor material. Ashley Inge, the District Clerk, keeps district civil, criminal, family, and juvenile files. Justice and municipal clerks maintain their own cases. re:SearchTX can help locate integrated records, but the responsible clerk remains the source for the official file. The site brings those roles, search routes, and request steps into a clear county-specific map.

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately operated reference site, with no affiliation to a Llano County court, clerk, or Texas agency. Its role has clear limits:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

An official or certified docket copy must be issued by the clerk or court that holds the case. This private resource can identify that office but cannot supply the document.

Search Partners

Search boxes on some pages are supplied and operated by outside providers. Those providers control their own services, results, terms, and prices. A paid signup reached through a partner tool may generate a referral fee that supports free access to this reference material. Llano County Court Docket does not set a partner's charges or decide what its results contain.
